mikka.kera is a one-person studio creating printable pottery templates for makers, artists, and hobby potters.

Every template is drawn by hand and developed through my own ceramics practice. I design, test, and build each form myself - from initial sketches to finished ceramic pieces - along with clear instructions for how to use them. No AI is used in the creation of the templates. I've been making & selling templates since september 2023.

I discovered slab building during my ceramics studies. I quickly became drawn to its structure and possibilities. I’ve always been interested in how templates can bring consistency to handmade work while still leaving room for individuality and experimentation. There’s something satisfying about seeing different people use the same template and end up with pieces that are consistent in form, yet still feel personal.

Alongside individual templates and bundles, I also run Clay Club - a monthly subscription for ongoing ideas, new templates, and creative support for your pottery practice.

This studio is built around simple tools, steady making, and the process of turning ideas into physical forms.
